Heidi Poscher named a top woman to know in Midwest tech
ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Ann Arbor-based development company 4M is celebrating Sustainable Technology Advisor Heidi Poscher for her recognition in the tech industry.
Poscher was recently named one of the top women to know in Midwest tech by Purpose Jobs, a Detroit-based platform that empowers people to find jobs they love. The recognition highlights the strides women have made in the tech industry and women who are excelling in their fields and paving the way for future generations of female tech leaders.
“I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized among so many other amazing women who are innovating and making their mark in our respective industries,” Poscher said. “As part of 4M’s mission, I’m proud to help make Ann Arbor a leader in sustainable development and energy efficiency to create a better community for all.”
Poscher has spent the bulk of her career consulting with C-suite peers for some of the largest domestic investor-owned utilities and offering guidance on technology planning, systems integration, performance evaluation and proof of impact. At 4M, Poscher leads a team that is strategically integrating energy systems into real estate developments to create forward-thinking solutions that meet the community’s needs.
Poscher is 4M’s lead strategist on energy solutions for SouthTown, a proposed development in Ann Arbor that will generate its own building electricity, aligning with 4M’s mission to create communities that are more sustainable and climate friendly.
“Congratulations to Heidi for this amazing recognition of her talent, vision and dedication to using technology to inform our energy strategy at 4M,” said Margaret Poscher, founder and CEO of 4M. “With Heidi and the rest of our highly skilled team, 4M is proud to help create the sustainable, energy-independent neighborhoods of tomorrow.”
